GOD panels

They are waterproof and resistant to most chemicals.
The material can be machined with wooden tools. It can be drilled, sawed (CNC, woodworking saw blades, milling cutters and water jet machines). The panels can be sanded and polished to achieve any surface from matt to gloss. PS and PET groups are more polishable than others. Panels can be thermoformed into different bends to create distinctive shapes for your designs. The material is easily joined with screws, or with glue or special fixings.

What sizes do we produce?

We offer a standard format of 1000 × 1000 mm. The extended format is extended on one side to 1500 × 1000 mm. Our goal is to double the size of the format during 2023. For testing new materials or custom textures, we use the “test” format, which is 800 × 500 mm. All panels have a small overlap of material from the factory (about 10 mm), so we don’t have to cut them down to net size if you wish. We produce the panels in thicknesses of 5, 10, 15 and 20 mm.

Do you also produce smaller panels?

In the smallest sizes we offer a sampler of six plates, each plate is A6 size or you can choose a larger sample in A4 format. If you are dealing with the appearance of the material in a larger context, we recommend buying a plate in a larger format for a better perception of the texture.

We always produce plates in standard formats, so if you require a smaller format we are happy to offer a cut-off to fit, subject to stock availability, or you may need to buy a full plate to cut your format into. The rest of the panel will also be yours.
